Delete your account

In the app, open Settings → Delete account. The account-deletion flow removes the Pawmetry account and server data and deletes local records and Pawmetry iCloud backups where available. If an iCloud cleanup cannot be completed, the app explains what to remove manually. Delete all data removes local records only and does not delete a server-backed account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Manage or cancel a subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. To restore a purchase, open Settings → Manage subscription → Restore purchases in Pawmetry.

Records and backups

Pet records are stored on your device. When iCloud Drive is available, Pawmetry may create a backup in your private iCloud container. You can manage iCloud data through Apple settings.
